Great idea, max bench with no spot. No shame in doing an extra rep at lower weight when you are alone.

    ....jean shorts are awesome.

That isn't off form at all... IMO. Anytime you get into heavier deads form will not be perfect. Look at all the strongman pulls. But, still nice pull!!

Just got on TW for the first time in a few days and it's all different...whoa

Sat-yesterday was bad news for my diet. Saturday and Sunday, I hardly ate at all and yesterday I ate mild chicken tenders with fries tossed in mild sauce, too. Fries tossed in buffalo sauce is where it's at, gentlemen!

Gonna hit the gym for the first time since last Thursday today after work :anonymous:

Yeah, it'll take a while for me to get used to. The way private messages are "conversations" now is a pita for me to search through them

So far I like it. I didn't enjoy the "alert" feature at first but now I go straight to it when I load up TW whether I am on the PC or Phone. Uploading pictures through TW is way better as well.

Only UF fans can wear Jorts. Because it's just another thing to make fun of them for...besides just being a UF fan.

Been having some lower back pain recently lifting heavy squats and deads. Switched leg day up yesterday doing front squats instead. Legs are all kinds of sore right now.
