We'll have to keep it in mind on the Kokopelli so we don't bash your rockers right before you put on the sliders! lol...

Probably taking them off. I don't care about wrecking them but I'd rather not haul them back home loose. I like to keep a pile of OEM take off parts in the corner of the garage.

Yeah I thought about that after... and I think we'll be ok anyways, we'll just take more time to stack up rocks/pick lines to keep ya off the rockers.

I'm not overly worried about it. From what I hear the Kokopelli isn't all that challenging so I should be able to escape without much damage if I'm careful with my lines.

Jerry said he doesn't have room for my sliders anyway. Might be back to plan A of shipping them up here and finding someone to weld them on in a hurry before I leave. That is, unless someone from California (San Fran area I believe?) has some extra room.

Hell have them shipped to Denver and I can pick them up and haul them out... or have them shipped to a Fastenal near Moab (maybe grand junction?)

Good plan. I'll give Jerry a call and make that happen. If you were willing to pick them up in Denver I could take them at the Kokopelli trail head.

sounds good. You can see if it's cheaper to ship to my address (pm coming) or to a fastenal. (if you go with Fastenal, might look to see if one in Grand junction or Utah might save you a bit of $ if they're willing to hold on to them till I can pick them up that week)

Having gone 250k, Aug 2016 was the time to replace the original clutch & get the driver's seat rebuilt/stuffed. Front & back Weathertech liners. Tundra front disc brake swap. Full length Rocky Mountain Rack with 40" lightbar & alternating strobe rear dust lights. I used a warm weekend in March 2022 to finally install my brand new, from old stock, 2000 4Runner driver's seat. $800 directly from the factory in Sapporo, Hokkaido, Japan.
From what I've been given to understand from several sources, Rose Garden Hill is as rough as anything else on the Kokopelli. Here is the video shot last year by Squeaky Penguin. It was after watching the same model year 4Runner as mine in front of him that made me upgrade my armor to its current level.

Too much to list, but enough to get me in trouble. Repeatedly.
If anyone needs electrical stuff done at BFE, I might be willing to help. Kinda my specialty. And I'll have my soldering stuff with me (assuming someone has power).

As for the BAMF sliders, I'm stopping in at Jerry's shop in a week or two. I might be persuaded to pick them up, and see if one of the guys down here who is trailering has room for 'em. I DO NOT have room to take them myself to Moab, just from Jerry's to SoCal.
