I am looking at getting some black steel crawlers for my 2008 tacoma, and for verification purposes the rim size is 16x7 right?

I was reading another posting and the guys were talking about painting rims as opposed to powdercoating. One of them said that another option was getting some black steel crawkers for $50. Not sure where he got that price from but all the prices I get for stock replacements are upwards of $100.
