I recently had frame replaced d/t service bulletin. Looking at the toyotaowners website, my truck had a lot of other items listed as replaced which were not. Examples would be brakes, pads, rotors, drivebelt, and few other items.
Do you think there was some mistake entering in vin number or billing?

I moded 1999 Taco so much it had turned to Land Cruiser
More likely dealer listed them as replaced for Toyota (got money for it) but now have tons of free parts. If you have things there replaced but not actually new on your truck that should be a call to Toyota corp

If that's true, what a bunch of scammers! I will be placing yet another call to Toyota corp. Maybe I will get a new baseball cap or a koozie with big Toyota logo on it!

X2. Id supply pics for corporate too. This dealer sounds low rent. It's unfortunate, but if this dealer is scamming, they shouldn't be getting away with it.

Well I just got off phone with Toyota. The repair order listed on Toyotaowners website was missing the keys words, "pt declined these services". Customer service rep was able to pull up the complete repair order and found the rest of the info. How misleading.
Dealership is still scum but not submitting false bills, that I know of.
