Where would I go about posting my recent experience with a local Toyota dealer and it's "service dept"? Is it appropriate to list name of dealer here on this site? Also, any other sites you would recommend me sharing my experience so potential future customers may read and use in their decision making process?

How about in your city or general area location forum thread, like I live in San Diego and we have a BS thread I can post in.

Don't forget Yelp! I look at Yelp reviews before I go anywhere!

Don't name the dealer here but what's the story? You got me curious.

I took Tacoma in for frame replacement Oct 2014 and got truck back Mar 2015. When I got home my wife noticed large dent in fender above wheel on passenger side. Next morning check engine light came on. I had engine light checked at parts store and then called dealer on Monday. Dropped truck back off at dealer. Dent was fixed no questions asked but in paperwork tech said dent was there. Dealer left message the check engine fix would run 1500ish. Paperwork states " air injection stuck we do not remove the engine or tran we drain power steering when doing frame and thr light was on and the dent tooo". So I picked up and called service manager. He said that he would check into it. Service manager responded via email, "
sorry for the delay. My tech said there's 2 air pumps on your vehicle but only one is causing the light to come on. He said the pump is working and seizing up. He said the length of time the vehicle was sitting and not being driven could have caused the condition. I can get some pricing together for you if you would like. "
I responded that I would like to make a formal complaint and asked who I should contact. Service manager sent email with Toyota Canada's phone number, I live in USA.
So, I went under hood and looked around and sure enough there was a tube/hose hanging from sensor? and I plugged it back into ASF and reset light and have not had any light since.
