Weird high pitched engine noise

dynomax cat back exhaust

i have a 99 Tacoma 2.7 5 speed and I've been hearing a really high pitched noise from about 1000-2000 rpm but it only does it when I'm not on the throttle and if I do press the gas the noise goes away.some help would be nice because this noise is very annoying
