Nothing yet. Old truck had the works.
A better question to ask would be.

"what is the biggest tires and lift that i could put on my 06 tacoma for $5000?"

Like the guy 1 post above. If your limit is over 100000$ you could build that polar expedition tacoma. But i doubt your budget is limitless.

Also what do you want to use the truck for? Only on the road ( Road Queen ). Or you gonna take it offloading every now and then? Or you want a full blown Rock crawler (SAS)? Or a Baja Blasting Desert Demon ( Long Travel )?

No offense but you really really need to be more specific.

Ding has a good point, you might want to avoid using such titles in the future as the imply you've done something harmful to the truck or yourself, bringing concerned members to see that you want advice.

Maui is spot on, we really need to know what the truck is used for before we give any information as there are many capabilities the truck has. Contrary to what "offroad" shops or performance magazines might have you believe, vehicle modding is dynamic and there are nearly endless possibilities. You can do anything you want and you can do that any way you want.
So what's this truck going to be used for?

Yup, a tune up would be good to perform including all maintenance up to the current mileage.

I don't know too much about the tacomas I'm sorry it would be used for off-roading . I want some sort of mud tires and I would be willing to cut and trim I want to have a wide set truck

Not knowing about Tacomas is no biggie, that's what the forum is here for. For a good mud tire review, check out the wheel and tire section I linked in my first post.

How big do you want? You can fit 33" tires with a little lift and some trimming I hear, or you can get a 6" drop bracket (body lift that slightly reduces clearance) and clear 35s. I am sure that would also require trimming but I don't know first hand. Give those sections a try, all of this has been discussed before and the information is readily available with the search function as well as scrolling through the sections themselves. Good luck and be sure to post pictures of whatever you do to the truck!

Most guys here will tell you if you want to go offroading don't get a drop bracket lift. If you want the most off road performance for the least expense the Old Man EMU kit is a great deal.
    Heres a link http://toyteclifts.3dcartstores.com/OME-Tacoma-Suspension-lift-kit_p_231.html

That is a 3 inch lift kit and really good for the price.

If you want more performance you can look at Fox, King, or ICON. Then your looking at double, triple, or more that the cost of the above lift kit.

Now for wheels and tires. If you are going to go offroading the biggest you can put on your truck without trimming is 265/70/17 or equivalent. that is roughly a 32 inch tire. Any bigger and you will need to do a CMC (cab mount chop) which involves taking a grinder and cutting away part of your frame. Really not a big deal but thats the biggest thing to fit a 33+.
Also when your fully stuffing your tires you can rip off your fender flares with 33s. You will need to trim quite a bit of plastic. Easy with a dremel.

Comfortably you could probably go a 285/70/17 or equivalent with a cab mount chop and inner fender trimming. Maybe even a 33 x 12.5
    Also can always use spacers.

Try to keep your rim smaller if you don't mind the look. The more sidewall the better for offroading. Also the same exterior size tire costs a lot more when you start bumping up rim size.

Almost like a 50$ increase per inch for rims. Stick with 16s

He's right. Not a part of your frame. It is just the same gauge of steel as your frame. All i meant is thats the most difficult thing to do since you need a grinder/saw.

Define what off roading is to you? For some its rock crawling, for others its backroads and logging roads. Need more info about the type of terrain you will be dealing with.

The CMC is a must for anything above 33's. My 33's never rubbed but the 35's did until I did the CMC.

I do some light off-roading with my stock suspension and 265 75 16's... And I have wheel spacers for the wider stance. Plain and simple
