So I'm into this and got most of 1 side done. Problem I'm having is with my Icon tubular UCA's they sent me 8 gold washers. There's no way I can get the correct washers into the UCA bolt holes. I can get the gap to open slightly but it's not going to open enough for the inner washers to go in.

I've seen some pictures with people have 8 washers total (4 silver colored ones & 4 gold colored ones). 4 are thin and the other 4 are thicker. I'm wondering if I may have the wrong washers and that's why this will never go back together until I can get the correct washers. If 4 thin & 4 thick I'd probably be able to get it together pretty easy.

Any help or ideas on this? I have a 2013 Tacoma pre-runner. Part numbers and everything on my kit seem right. I'm glad I started this tonight and gave myself the weekend.

Any help or ideas on how to get the washers in would be great and helpful

My washers were all the same. There is no secret trick to it, just install them. Lol
Put the bolt through the first washer, the control arm, the next washer, slide the bolt most of the way down. Use a screw driver or whatever you have nearby, gently pry between the bushing and the mount where the next washer goes, being careful not the tear up the bushing. Hold the gap open and slide the third washer in, then push the bolt through.

Makes shure the inside bushings are fully seated. Use a bench vice and some wood blocks to protect the bushings
