Dbag workout today. All arms. Shoulder, tris, bis and forearms. Then off to the mountains to pack some weight.

 

Not gonna happen, boss. My buddy bought it, so I'll be at the lake/in the hot tub/drinking beer with bitches all night until the fights come on. Should be a good time.

 

developing pain in my lower loooower back, right above the tailbone. Doesn't bug me until the squats/dls pass 300lbs

No, cools dads are dog guys. And not yorkie kinda dog guys.

 

So took the dog out to do sprints. Jogged/Walked about a 1/2 mile to a good stretch of dirt road. Ash sat as usual and I said ready, set, go. We both take off...but I quickly felt my quad tighten and strain. I stopped soon enough to not tear it but man did that hurt. Not sure if it's over training, dehydration or I need to do a bit more of a warm up. Looks like I will be moving my leg workout to later in the week.
