What have you done to your Tacoma today? 1st Gen Edition

Could be the tiny filter in the bottom of the pump. Do a flush and clean out the filter on the bottom by sucking it out with a turkey baster. I had the same problem ended up being a pulley tho

 

Tire carrier progress, works like a charm. I really like how nothing is coming off the bumper, looks really clean IMO. Also this design enables the tire to be very close to the tailgate ( we left an inch) saving rear clearance by not having a tire sticking 3 feet out behind the truck. Still need to add the rotopax mount to the backside.

 

I REALLY like this idea! gonna have to steal it when I get the time and $ to build my own!

You end up in a ditch?

 

slid off an ice covered dirt road last week. All the bark and marks washed off with a stiff brush.

They use mainly for the lens protection, and yes it does block a lot of lights

 

Installed new roof basket.. Wondering if I should mount some jerry cans or rotopax?

Finished rear bumper for now. Will add some things later on

 

Repainted my hood because all the clear peeled off.

Thanks! I will see how good it is tomorrow in the sun.
I used dupli-color perfect match and acrylic enamel clear. 4 cans of colour and 2 clear, but the DC cans are small.

 

Yeah I look forward to seeing it too next to the fenders!

Today I caught on fire twice, ruined two shirts, adjusted my rear brakes (helped with nose dive), aaaaand got my sliders on! More photos in my build thread.
