USA spec PA15toy iphone cable problems

I am using a usa spec pa15toy with my 2007 factory stereo to connect my iphone 4s and i think i need to replace the cable for the third time. first time the unit wouldnt recognize the phone but would still charge it, so i got a new cable and everything was fixed , now after less than 2 years , all the functions work except it wont charge the phone anymore. i have been using it with the accessory extender for the lifeproof case. has anyone else with a pa15toy had to replace this cable or had the same issues with a lifeproof dock extender ?

 

I've had lots of issues with Apple cables in general. Swap the cable and you'll be ok.

 

yeah ive came to the same conclusion, shitty part is cructhfield canada doesnt carry the cable , crutchfield usa does for $30 but wont ship to canada, and its about $65 dollars on Amazon.
