All installed! [IMG] Only took me 4 hours for both of them...the driver's side was relatively straight forward and easy, the passenger side was a PITA. Here is why I ran into trouble. Getting the rod out was easy once I used a punch to tap it through. Getting it back in the way it came out was difficult because even though you can bend the fender flare inwards, the spot where it rubs is not thin metal, it's like double layered and so the bolt kept getting tightly wedged. I decided to pull it out and attempt to go in from L to R instead which seemed like it would be a breeze because there is so much more room! But then, the rigid coil thing that goes to the brake line was in the way and I couldn't move it, it was irritating because I was SO close to getting the head of the bolt by but couldn't maneuver it. [IMG] So I went back to going R to L and having to spent approx 30-60 minutes using a flat heat screwdriver to tap the head of the bolt into place because I couldn't move it by hand (wedged against the metal). [IMG] All said and done, they are sweet looking UCAs, I just finished greasing the zerks and looking forward to get it aligned!

Looks great Riley, I held off on installing mine. Having trouble sourcing Teflon grease, may just use marine grease for the bushings.

Oh... I just used the synthetic royal purple grease that I used to grease my driveline zerks... I hope that works! I read that in here somewhere that that's what people used.

I think the Teflon lube is for the uniballs, not for the bushings... I could be wrong though.

Really debating on this group buy. How durable are the ball joints does anyone have an idea?

Lol, I called three days ago to cancel this group buy. I guess they just keep letting people buy them at $470.

Correct. I put Royal Purple in the grease zerks for the bushings not the uniball. The teflon lube is for the SS ball.

I just came across this group buy today and saw that it was closed, but also read that it ended tomorrow. So...... I thought I may as well give them a call and see if I could jump on board as it seemed to good a deal to pass up. I didn't ask how long they'd be honouring the group buy pricing but Greg rang my order through at the GB price!

Super happy! Got my truck aligned today, went to Firestone and got the lifetime alignment deal. The tech worked on it for quite a long time. Can't upload the photo of the specs but basically this UCA allowed me to get 0-0.02 on camber, 0.02 on toe and 3.2-3.3 on caster for both sides. Truck rides SO much better!

You can try to get in on it, some have called days later and they still honored the price of $470 including shipping. Give it a shot! Say group buy for built right uca's. Good luck
