I leased a new 2011 Dbl Cab, 4x4 with the TRD Off-Road package 4 years ago - I worked the lease down to a 4-year lease at $295 a month. I've serviced it regularly, babied it and put 34K on it. When it came time to turn it in or keep it, the residual to purchase it was $16,700 - A 2011 loaded double-cab, with 35K and in like-new condition will sell for 25K.

I jumped on it and bought it - just put new Michelins on it today as a reward to myself (didn't like the BF Goodrich's too well).

    You can't beat a Tacoma.

    Yes sir
Congrats, but you didn't like the BFG's?? Were they just the street tires or were they KO's/KO2's?

They weren't the KO's, and you could tell - they wouldn't budge on the price for the KO's, but I got a great deal on the Mich's.

So with the 4 year lease and buyout, $30860? Not too shabby. Are you financing the buyout, or are you able to pay it off up front?

bilstein set at 1.75, Racho 5000 rear with 4 leaf kit, floor mats, high lift jack, pull hook in hitch, bed rail corner braces, severe duty brake pads and devil horns on the grill....
I also have a 2011, but a AC, traded in a 07 Dodge Ram, got a five year note, 345/month, paid it off early last month...life is good.

I checked KBB and I am at 21K residual value so I am happy.

I just got my '15 Taco on a 48 month lease for 279 a month. According to my lease agreement, the residual value will be 21,063.00. Depends on how well the 3rd Tacos do....I will either get a new one or just finance the taco I have now.

Bought it straight out - The wife has a 2012 Corolla S, it'll be paid for in 2 years and then I'll make it my daily driver - that's when the Taco goes to the garage and becomes a toy.......that's when it gets lifted and modified, can't wait! If you take care of your Taco and buy it after the lease is up, you can't go wrong, the resale values on the these trucks are unreal.
