My truck is ocassionally parked underneath some trees when I can't find a spot in the parking lot. A couple days ago I was washing it, found some spots of sap stuck on my tailgate that I just still can't get off. What do I use??

And on a second note, I noticed that my roof weatherstripping is coming off. Although I think I can save that for the dealership to fix since she's still under warranty...right?

I had a little sap on my roof also, I removed it when I washed with auto soap and a clay bar.

If you have a sealant on it the sap does stick to hard.

Yes, your weatherstripping on the roof should be covered under warranty.

Just thought I'd post back. The clay bar got it off no problem! It was also the first time I used one, so that was pretty cool to see all the metal shavings and crap come off.
