Just picked up my long awaited first Tacoma! I'm new to TacomaWorld so I'm going to need your help getting acquainted with the site and improving my Tacoma.

I don't know much about lifts, suspension, etc but I think my first mod will lifting/leveling. What's your recommendation for a lift and tire upgrade that wont hurt my gas mileage too much? I want to run something like a BF Goodrich All-Terrain.

    Other mods I'm interested in:
    -Black Nerf Bars
    -Black bumper/grill guard
-Grill mod with lights set behind

    Thanks!

Please take a look at my Wheeler's shopping cart. Is this everything I need to lift my new taco?

I wasn't sure if you need Billstein shocks for this setup or Billstein Coilovers....I'm pretty new at this. Also, do I have the correct AAL selected for the rear? I'm only trying to achieve around a 2" level lift and will be running 265 tires. Your help will be greatly appreciated!

Saw youre looking for a black bumper also. I ended up dipping mine and also using the glossifier. The glossifier gives it a nice shine and makes it look painted. I taped everything off and left the bumper on my truck while doing it. Id still like to find a black bumper. But for $12 it will give you an idea of how it looks.

Nice! I rocked the plasti dip on my chrome surround of the grill on the front for a while and didnt like the way it didnt match the texture of the paint. I eventually switched to the color match grill. You can see it in my build below. I'm going to get mine sandblasted and paint it with colormatch paint and gloss overcoat.
