(FEELER) What are the tackiest Tacoma mods in your opinion?

Same! I feel like kids just want the black out look and don't know about how to do it IMO correctly.

 

Personalized plates get my vote, for all vehicles, really.

Here, here What a great way to ruin the look of the vehicle. IMO the blacked out headlights and taillights look so tacky and 80s. I love the 80s but that trend came and went.

 

Pretty sure my non-mechanical ass did NOT modify my Sport to include the scoop not sure that counts as a mod... blame Toyota lol
and in all seriousness hate me or not I like the look of the hood looking out of the windshield... it does seem "sporty-er" except I wish I had a sport with a super-charger... now that's a good mod if your sitting on some cash

 

Haha honestly I like them its just toyota being like this one is the sporty one! like include a intake and exhaust or something lol

 

LED bars that sit underneath the tailgate are the plague, also spacer lifts, HID headlights (unless they're retrofit with a new housing and all that), tow hitch caps are pointless too, and excessive decals and stickers

That being said the chrome aisle at auto zone should be banned, black wheels w/ chrome accents are horrible(especially if it has a monster logo or Texas star),camo wrap with chrome any other parts(brush guards) look ridiculous. Fake beadlocks, specifically around me the super lifts with black wheels in all the high school parking lots. These are a few of the things that bug me and make me go WTF!!!!
oh yeah and truck nutz are gross.

Having nearly broke my leg and blown knees walking into tow hitches sometimes I wish there was some sort of padding that didn't look stupid.

 

Just wrap it with a foam noodle no one would rag on you for that.

The whole point of lights is to see/be seen, so why would you ever decrease light output? I sure as hell don't want to get rear ended because someone wasn't able to see my brake lights light up. Its the most ridiculous trend I've seen lately.

 

Same here. I don't understand the reason people like this mod that decrease your visibility and safety
