I hear mixed reviews about these cold air intakes. Makes the engine potentially work harder, less resistance to dust and whatnot. The engine has 168k on it: should I just go back to stock? This is going to be a work truck and daily driver in the winter. If that is the case, is this engine likely to have problems down the road? I am paying $10k for the truck, and I just want something that runs well, is useful, and doesn't cost a ton to own. Could care less about performance mods; I need reliability.

    Thoughts?
