These people at my workplace are crazy. I keep a 32 oz water bottle with me everywhere I go and at work, it sits on my desk. Everyone always asks how many I drink a day and I say 4 (1 gallon) and they all think I'm crazy. This lady just walked by and asked what number I was on and I said 2 and she said, "wow, I haven't drank water in forever"...on her way to the Coke machine lol. Also, her and this other girl in the office, as well as most everyone else go out to eat for lunch everyday. We've got a Subway right across the street (which isn't THAT good for you), but they rotate between Subway, Pizza Hut, Dairy Queen, and a few other places EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK! I go home and eat a turkey burger and white beans at lunch and bring back a ham and cheese sandwich and a V8 to eat around 4, before going to the gym when I get off. They all think I'm absolutely batshit crazy that I go home and eat every day and that I bring food in when the owner has a snack room with free snacks and drinks.

    These people are nuts lol

I eat chicken breasts every night and they never get old. I either drench it in lime juice or hot sauce

Sounds like they have to much money. I can afford to eat out everyday but my food bill would be ridiculous. Most my meals are sub $2

haha those are the same people who say, "eating healthy is too expensive."

I think I eat pretty damn healthy and I spend about $50 a week on food and about $20 a week in supps.

I do 4-5 fills of my 32oz bottle a day at work and get the same reaction from most of my coworkers who slam down a huge coffee in the AM and drive to Dunkin Donuts at lunch and spend 3-4 bucks on another or a huge tea.

I either bring a turkey sandwich for lunch or eat at the cafe here..but I'll get a turkey burger or regular burger (plain) unless it's buffalo wings day.

It's insane what people spent at Starbucks and DD a month...but then complain about a $50 gym membership :annoyed:

I've got specific times I eat everything during the week, just to make sure I don't get hungry and go eat a bag of Doritos or something. On the weekends, it's a fucking nightmare haha. Zero self-control on the weekends :anonymous:

I eat so little when I go fishing. Pretty much eat a small breakfast, then forget about lunch, and eat mediocre dinner and follow it up with a cup of cider before bed.

Yup. Granted we all have our little indulgences I bet, and maybe part of it is I don't drink coffee at all but I don't get spending that kind of coin on it.

For me, what I was dropping on soda and just snacking on utter crap was $6-$10 a day. Even buying Propel sticks for $2 a box (2 boxes last a week) and supplements I'm still ahead of it.

I can afford a gym membership as well, my issue is if I can barely go once a week I don't see it as a good use of funds versus investing in home stuff. The past few weeks I've been going to my parents' house on Wednesdays and using their clubhouse. Not a huge facility but some different stuff I can't do at home.

Gonna try to start going in the mornings. I'm tired of getting home at 8 at night. I want some free time. Especially with summer coming up, I plan on fishing and goin on the lake after work. But...I like to sleep.
