Hey guys, I just joined TW, so its my first post - I just installed a metra dash kit and i'm seeing these horrible gaps, are the clips all that i need to secure ? I had tried the original ones from the truck, but they pushed right through the holes in the frame and i lost them ! I'm trying to buy new ones, but wanted to see if anyone had success fixing the large gaps or if i need to trim the bezel ???

That looks pretty good, that gives me some hope when I finally install my unit with my Metra kit.

I got the metra kit for my install from Crutchfield...it matches very well, but I'm not very happy with the fitment. Granted it doesn't help I have two and a half miles of extra wire in there too from the harness lol.

I installed a new Kenwood double din. Got it all thru Crutchfield. I got the Metra kit (95-8214TG). I can not get the top to snap in. I tried using the OEM clips, the clip supplied and I even got another set. I can not get it to clip. Has anyone figure out how to? I know some of you had np issues others did. I really think its the product. When you compare the tabs from your original set up they are a bit longer.
