Parts weren't to bad I'm budget was 1k for whole conversion minus paint.
And as of right now I'm at 570. Still missing hood, filler pieces, few brackets, rear bumper and tail lights. I should just make or slightly brake my budget. I'm concerned about the hood there expensive and I would like to stay oem. LKQ sells them for 400. Aftermarket are 150

Subbed! Always up for a front end conversion thread ;) Hopefully all goes well and don't hit any snags like I did. Can't wait to see the results!

You could always search local pull-a-parts for a tacoma with a sport hood that's been wrecked from behind.

Looks like your doing great stuff, and that interior looks amazing. Maybe you should go into carpentry

Picked up the fogs and y pipe from 2 me members here on TW. My y pipe was cracked beyond repair. The fogs are just dirty and need cleaning. Also got the bumper from Dave aka old school... Thanks again buddy and it was a pleasure netting you.

Got to work on the y pipe today. As you can see the old ones where not worth repairing

I commend you for taking such a task on! Looks like a good fun project.

For me, id get all the functional workings back to tip top shape, get the interior nice, but leave the exterior all beat up... but i have always had a demented look at things. Got a good scratch on the side of my truck... put an 8inch bandaid decal over it haha.
