I've been searching fruitlessly to see if anyone has mounted LED's behind a Raptor grill...
I found a BAMF LED mount before I got my grill, and am wondering if it's worth while to mount a row of LED's back there, or if the mesh and lettering will end up blocking too much light from shining through.
Perhaps a pair of single row 20", one at the top above the lettering and one below the lettering.
Has anyone ever done this, and have some shots of them mounted?

Any thoughts or pics would be appreciated
    Cheers, Travis

I have a new OEM Grill coming with just the mesh installed because the seller told me the letters would block way to much light.

i have a raptor-style grill. how much light do you lose from mounting an led bar behind the grill with just the mesh (i have no lettering)? i love the idea, but am hesitant if they aren't terribly effective. photos?

I hade the old school FJ Toyota badge on my grill and the lettering didn't block output too bad.
