    Stuff I've done recently:
    - Custom built skids for front diff, trans and t-case - pretty much flat bellied from front cross member back to the back of the t-case).
    - Got the front diff back in from the Spartan install.
    - Rear swing out is all wired up with back up lights and license plate.
    - Installed/wired in more rock lights
    - Installed/wired in front long range spot lights
    - Flushed power steering fluid
    - Fixed an oil leak on the P-side valve cover
    - EGR delete

    Upcoming stuff (very soon):
    - Install a 140A alternator (CS144 from a '95 Cadillac Eldorado)
    - Rear swing out gas and water can mounts (procrastination kills)
    - Install 20mm rear coil spring top spacers (lots of extra weight in the back now, and especially when I load out for a trip)
    - Install HAM radio
Some update pics to go with the list above...

So the EGR delete.... I won't do another write-up on it, there are tons of them most good. I splurged and bought the kit from LCE. It came with 1/4" block off plates and everything else needed. There are some other kits on Ebay for a few bucks cheaper but the plates are only 1/8" thick.
I went pretty deep with the vacuum hose deletion to include taking the little across the intake vacuum manifold out. I just ran new vacuum hose for the fuel pressure regular and 1/4"ID hose for the fuel bypass return line. Deleted the power steering vacuum assist (turns out mine had a hole melted thru from touching the exhaust and wasn't working anyway).

This all cleaned up the right side of the engine bay - I can actually see and change all the spark plugs now!

One thing not in the LCE instructions or any of the other threads I've read is about taking off the EGR modulation valve on the front of the intake. That bolt on the front face has to remain installed. It goes into the intake plenum.

I had a terrible vacuum leak and the engine ran horribly. I chased it for a couple hours before accidentally hearing a strange air hissing noise and located this hole. If you do the EGR delete... put a bolt back in this hole.

Looks great! May I suggest some rear LCA mount skids? If you are going hard in the rocks, they are going to end up mangled, and replacing them is a PITA.

If they end up that mangled, it gives me an excuse to upgrade the entire thing... 3 link with coil overs or a cantilever setup would be (o)(o)
