Mine just arrived today, but I had them shipped to my folk's house in the burbs. I can't wait to get them in hand! But it might have to wait a day or 2:(

I installed them tonight. I can't compare them to the normal gauge, but they fit great and seem quite sturdy. My only concern is that the bolts don't seem to be able to catch much thread with the additional thickness. They are barely reaching the locking/plastic on the nut. Has anyone else noticed this? Am I bring paranoid? I'm heading out on a camping trip tomorrow, we'll see how it holds up!

I can't believe I didn't think of that. You'll be fine, just crank them down. I'll supply bolts that are 1/4" longer for now on.
