Hey Tacomies, got a 2015 access cab super whiteII got it last October at some point between now and then there are very fine rust colored specs all over the truck even some in the door jams pretty much everywhere but the tailgate it's almost like its the result of grinding slag/sparks were showered all over the truck which is definetly NOT the case my local dealership body shop manager calls it "fall out" from particulate in the air that settles on the paint then gets wet causing the rust color. Whole truck is rough to the touch he claims a good detail/clay bar will get rid of it but I'm skeptical that it will just wondering if anybody else with the super white has experienced this as well. thanx for any input

Check out Iron X made by Carpro(I think). I've used it dozens of times, along with once a year on my 2009. Spray on paint, wait 5 minutes, rinse off. Easy.
I'd wash, dry, apply Iron X, rinse.
If heavily contaminated, apply Iron X again, rinse.
    Clay.
    Wax.
All the fall out or "rust blooms" should be gone.
You could also have a detailer do it for you, but it's simple to do it yourself in a couple of hours.

I doubt you find it at auto parts store. Better off trying autogeek.net or even Amazon.

What you see is "rail dust" you will even see it on the plastic bumpers...Iron X works great, you can also use it on your rims
