What leafs are you using that you are getting 24-26in of travel?

 

19-20" out of an engage kit? and 26" out of leafs??? i wanna see the numbers lol

 

lol at those travel numbers, im sorry im not usually one to bash a for sale thread and its probably honestly just lack of knowledge on the dealers part but those travel numbers are bunk

 

The average front long travel kit is 16-18 with the Limit straps catching it before it goes further. So most people set the limit to 14 in with 2-3in of strap stretch. And for the rear we made custom 14in hangers, and the pivot point is directly on the center point of the rear part of the frame. And the Deaver packs from what we measured gave us 14-16in of travel. So if you do the math...

 

i want to see actual pics. normal kits don't do 16-18 inches with stock spindles, im pulling 14 if im fully drooped on my uniballs hitting the upper arm... i know what the camburg kit does cause i have it. engage is the same 3.5 over kit,. the camburg race kit is good for 19" with fabbed spindles and its 5.5 over, please post pictures of where you get the numbers or change the info. 26" is straight link territory. a deaver f67 kit and 18" kings are good for 18" with 12" shackles for the rear... and 19-22" is really reaching for stock spindles. not trying to be harsh but post the correct info and people will take it more serious.

don't get me wrong its a badass truck no doubt but its a little far fetched info wise.

It's a conversion glass front end and bedsides. Look at the cab, it's definitely a first gen double cab.

 

19-22" in the front with an 8" coilover in the stock coil bucket? 2-3" of stretch on what looks to be an 8" strap?

 

How do the travel numbers change from 19-22 and 24-26 inches front and rear?

Whatever the true specs are and despite all the hate, I still think it's one hell of a nice looking truck.

 

Thanks to every one whos not trying to have a my dick is bigger then yours contest, we think the truck came out great, end of story. Also this is our very first build, we did the measurement before the shocks went on the rear, basically with the weight of the axle and everything on it at full droop... My bad so taking in consideration about an 1in or 2in before the shock is fully extended, then yes the rear should have about 18in, but could do 20in (but not recommended) and the front 16in. Like I said measured before coilovers and shocks were installed...

 

No dick measuring. There are people here who have done countless builds just calling a spade a spade.....
