Of course it can be improved....slightly. If your chnages actually didn't make it handle somewhat worse, it would be a miracle. How you can raise a vehicle that much and put on this type tire and not expect worse handling is the bigger surprise. So, spend more money but don't expect a great improvement .
Lowering and using lower aspect tires generally improves handling. Your asking for a low calorie Big Mac.

holy crappy Caster Batman... How much preload are on your coilovers? If you have a lot you need to back it off a little and get caster set to 3.0 or as close as you can like everyone else probably told you already.

I knew it wasn't going to be better handling. Not asking for a perfect ride. Just was wondering what to expect, what was normal and if I could adjust anything to improve it a little lol

My coilovers came with 1.5 inches of thread showing, icon said to not exceed 2" so I cranked it .5" and called it good. Icon said that amount of preload was fine. And this lifts me 3". I called the shop and they said they aligned to factory specs the first time. I'm taking it back and shooting for .0 camber and toe and 3.0 caster

Haha yeah I guess it can be worse! You do that for better off-road capability right?

I have different springs on my icons but only have about 1inch-1 1/4 maybe of pre load with Total Chaos UCA's and have some caster issues also. the shop had bent the LCA alignment tabs and I had to loosen everything, hammer them back and weld them so they wouldn't bend anymore. so check your alignment tabs after they get done messing with it. also make sure they tighten the LCA bolts to 100ftlbs or you will most likely start hearing clunking noises from your front end.

You could back both sides off by .25 and not really affect the lift height very much. The upside is the ride and handling will be better. Definitely lose the sway bar

So I took it to re shop today and they are setting toe and camber at .0 and caster as close to 3.0 as possible. All the technicians came out and laughed at me and said I was an idiot but they would still do it for me. Is it that crazy to ask for that muxh caster?

You can take the advice of those who have Tacoma's and have had the alignment set to a specific setting, or you can take the advice of a bunch of alignment chain techs who set settings according to a range from a book.

I'm not jumping on you, it's just time for you to quit analyzing the situation and just pick one and go :D
