The picture on the website sucks and isn't even of the right product, so here is what it REALLY looks like. This is for a 2015. It uses a larger pipe, smoother bends, deletes 2nd cats, and adds ground clearance by not going under the trans mount cross member. Seems to add a little more throttle response, even with an already installed cat back system.

Interesting for a Y pipe reroute option. What's the price?

$445. the doug Thorley is $301, but has some crazy bend from the drivers side because the fit the resonator in there, and I'm guessing they run it up and behind the cross member. That or it will be hanging way down under it, which would be sure to be crushed when off roading. I'd say that is more for the 2 wheelers and street use. The URD is more straight flow design and a 20" mbrp resonator can easily fit in front of the muffler if you want to reduce drone, which the muffler choice has a large effect of anyway, not so much the y-pipe.

This basically re-routes your exhaust form that hang that eventually will get smashed, nice! This may be my next purchase. Do you notice much difference in noise or anything with the rear cats deleted? Performance?

I've had a lot of cars that I've put performance exhaust on, and the more you free them up, they always are louder. How much depends on all the components together. I already had a cat back, and this made is a little louder, but not really any drone. The drone seems to come in more with muffler and tailpipe exit choices. I would imagine with a stock exhaust or the TRD catback, this wouldn't make it much louder as those are pretty restrictive and still rather small diameter pipe. There is a little more throttle response, more than when I did the catback. Seems most cars you get a little with a CB, but I didn't really notice any performance difference until the y-pipe

I've had one for six or seven years. It's solid upgrade, and getting the boat anchor of a factory exhaust rerouted is worth the money. I saw someone smash one once, and their truck died (too much back pressure). It was in a nasty mudhole with rocks all over and he had to slide under the truck in 10" of mud with a hacksaw blade (no hacksaw of course!) and cut the pipe to get the taco to start and get it out of there. The performance gains are mostly around redline, but it's good for a few ponies.

will this work with my TRD cat back that's already in there?
not smashing things off road is nice.

For offroad use only. That said it will not throw a code and looks "stock", especially once you cover it in some road grime.

Thanks @username! Does anyone have a pic of where the pipe crosses?

I'm thinking about how tight that area maybe and what heat it causes with skid plates.

I'll do some digging and see if I do, but I don't think so.

Stock pipe, with aftermarket dent (mine)

So are you saying it would be ok on a smog check? Or is that just for where you are and not in CA?

I'm saying when I lived in SoCal I passed no problem. I also went to the dirty sanchez test facility in Victorville. If you fail, just bolt your old one on and retest.

Hmm Definitely something to consider since I was planning on spending the money to re-route that part anyways. Thanks for the insight!

Still waiting on my URD Catback:mad: I seem to be getting the runaround from URD. The Y-pipe came within 2 days, but after hearing nothing for almost a week, I've called and been told they were back ordered and were being shipped Wednesday and I should get my tracking info. I've got nothing, which you have to sign for it when they deliver it, so it sure sucks when stuff shows up unexpected and no one is around to sign for it. Seem to be mixed bag of personalities that work there, one guy will be really nice, and the next a complete ass. I like the y-pipe and excited about getting the catback, sure hope I like it.
