Stole these pics from Cliff Swoyer on the Toyota Tacoma Enthusiast Facebook page. Looks like Toyota is starting to bring the 2016 to public events. I don't particularly like this color for this configuration but the 2016 is still growing on me.

I agree. DCLB is my ideal configuration.

I'm sure eventually the new 3rd gen will grow on me but i just don't like it at this time.

dual climate control. Not sure its needed in such a small cab, but a nice feature.

It will be interesting to see if the seats have changed any.

Someone stated the bed size is the same. Hope so so the bed divider and extender can be used on the 2016 or 17 when I purchase.
Can also use the rubber bed mat I have.

I like the looks of the truck and the interior.

Check out the engine bay, there is some type of plastic cover along the rain gutters. I am guessing there are part of the new parts implemented to reduce noise and remove the whistling some people experienced?

Yes please Toyota.....and make mine silver!

So JBL and moonroof will be available on the TRD off-road, not just the sport. And damn, no oil filter on top.

Not a fan of that Off-Road. The black/red theme is overdone and not very nice.

The Blue Limited is still the best looking 3rd gen I have seen.

I think it's a pretty nice truck and I like the new features and interior, but MOTHER OF GOD THAT GRILL IS HIDEOUS!

I actually think it looks better in these pics than in the doctored up images from Toyota and the ones people have taken from inside the autoshows in florescent light. I could live with the grill after seeing these pics. I'd totally swap it out for a TRD pro style one ifor I were able to get my hands on one.

Speaking of TRD pro, I wonder why they haven't brought a 2016 model out to showoff?

I originally thought that was a totally different grille than the one on the toyota.ca site. This one looks more silverish than chrome, I could almost live with this one but definitely want to explore other options.

I actually don't think the grille looks as bad as I thought it did. On a silver truck, it might just be ok.

My guess is there is enough interest in the regular models so they do not need the pro yet. I bet it makes a return in 2017

The color matched trim around the dash looks cheap and dumb and I hope you can get it without the push button.

Also what is the point of parking sensors in the rear if you have backup camera?!?!?!
