So I've got a 99 taco, it has the 2.7L 3RZ and about 260k on the motor. It had started misfiring about a month ago and unfortunately I haven't had the monies to right it. So now it runs super rich and shakes bad under 2500rpm, I'm aware of an exhaust leak and that my CAT and O2 sensor are most likely out too, I'm basically expecting to find out I have to rebuild or replace. So what is the consensus: put some money into a decent rebuild or swap a used/crate motor in?
