question on sub box fitting behind seat.

Hello guys. I just bought my first brand new truck. I have a 2015 tacoma V6 Pre Runner. I recently came from a 2002 BMW 325i.
I had a sound system in my previous car now want to upgrade the sound in my tacoma. I found a sub box on Craigslist and wanted to see if it'll fit in the tacoma. It's a box for 2 10's.

looks about right, If it doesnt fit, just toss a small spacer between the top rear seat bracket thingy thats on the cross member. I can get just 5 inches of top depth and 8 on the bottom.

anyhow, you have the box, start stripping the truck, deadener and toss the box in

 

Looks very similar to the box I ordered for my Taco.
