Where are you at? I don't really have a preference on where I go, though I do have some obligations Saturday afternoon so figure the gulches or Iron Clads

@BDN Brett, or anyone else, do you have time and desire to try to hit up Ballard or Greer on a weekday this week?

Buckhorn road, near the top of Buckhorn Pass.
    http://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/arp/recreation/ohv/recarea/?recid=80698&actid=94

The roads are poorly marked but common sense will help you find them.
Ballard is the first road you will hit, it's on the left as you are going up Buckhorn.
You will see no shortage of "No Trespassing" signs. Ignore them and stay on the road, it eventually turns into a marked FS trail.

Greer is a few miles further up, it is a loop road and both end of the loop enter/exit from different switchbacks on the Buckhorn road, just before you go over the top of the pass. It is numbered, can't remember what it was but there is no doubt when you see the road that it's good to run down. Both entrances are on the left hand side as you are going up.

Click on the map in the link above and trace the road down and you will find an icon that when you hold your mouse over it it will say Ballard Road.

Has anyone run the Kingston Peak trail starting near Rollinsville and ending on Fall River Road? I want to give it a try in my basically stock '13 DCSB TRD OR and don't want to get in over my head. I have read that it is rated a 3 or 4 out of 10 on difficulty.
