Maintenance after sitting for a while?

As a few have said, I would change all the fluids just for good measure. Oil, brakes, transmission, differential. I would do that with any vehicle I purchased (other than a new one right off the lot). Check the suspension, grease what needs to be greased. Some people are saying gas but from the sound of it you have already put it through a tank, so it should be fine in that regard.
