ISP Comparisons

I am currently stationed at Yokota AB Japan, and our internet on base is horrible. Absolutely horrible. Expensive. Slow. Bad customer service. Anyways, the company that runs the internet here is doing an open forum meeting with anyone that wants to attend. What I'd like to do is create a spreadsheet to take with me to the meeting to prove their prices are not in line with stateside Internet prices.

What I need:
Zip code or city, state
ISP
Type of connection (ie fiber, DSL, cable, etc)
Download and upload speed of connection (you can post your results link from speedtest.net)
Whether you have a data cap or not.
Price you pay per month just for Internet

If you have bundled services and cannot separate the price for Internet, what services and packages do you have bundled?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. The more people that participate the better. Thanks!!
