TRD Fakelock washers?

My TRD Wheels came with some clear washers in the same bag as the screws that hold the fake bead lock. Do you guys know if these go between the rim and Fakelock or the screw and the Fakelock?

Thanks in advance. I'm impatiently wanting to put them on.

When I took the ring off my wheels to powdercoat , I just threw mine away because most just fell off and rolled away anyway . They are just cheap little plastic or rubber and my rings went back on just fine with no problems .
