Good Deal? Recommendation Needed Too

If you need a truck now but want the 2016, you could do like another user did that I saw somewhere up here. He ended up getting an older used F150 for a good low price to use for now, but will sell/trade once the 2016 comes out. That way you won't be upside down twice within three months.

 

Yeah, the $33k is the out of the door price they gave me before they mentioned the trade in offer. I called other dealership and they offered $36k out the door and another one that is about an hour and a half drive for $32,500.

Think your a little confused... You would not owe the finance charge's if you trade a vehicle in early... In your example the 5% is over say 60 months, so if he only keeps his 15 for a year then trade's it for a 16 his payoff is going to be lower then 33k!! Principal+finance charge over the 12 months= payoff....
