FYI: Vibration U joint chirping

    Started with a slight vibration when accelerating 1st through 3rd. About a month after initial vibration (1000 miles) the vibration had become severe. Felt like I had a huge vibrator under my seat. A chirping noise also became louder. I checked the u joints by pulling, rotating and rocking. Seemed fine.
    Removed wheels and rotors, all ok. Thinking possible tranny problem I called the tranny shop. He immediately said u joint. Not a big deal to replace. He gave the solution so he got the job.
