    Yup, cuz I work at a hospital too!

    BTW, I've actually done the precordial thump and the guy walked out of the hospital a week later. With a big honking bruise on his chest too, I heard (another ambulance crew transferred him a few hours after I dropped him off)

    We have several, in fact some employees used one a few months ago to save a womens life who went into Atrial Fibrillation.

    x2 not an RN yet but I work in an ICU of a level 1 trauma center. There are more defibrillators around than I can count and much more complicated than two buttons ;)

    My dad is an OSHA safety inspector, so I have had first aid and first responder training every year since I was 15. My work place has one and yes I am trained to operate it.
