    Will do.
And on another note is anyone running a bestop cover on their trucks? Looking for some feedback from ya.

I like my tonneu cover since its easy on and off, but your limited to how high you can stack shit. A cap would be ideal, but I don't want to be limited if I have something tall, and the process of on and off isn't as quick/easy as a tonneu cover. So Bestop seems like a happy medium, but I am concerned about the fabric in the winters, does it hold up? Is it somewhat water tight? Is it worth the money?

Would appreciate any feedback with your experiences

Ive got a Softtopper. I take it off in the winters so I dont have to worry about it. Its pretty much water tight (I have slept in it during a rain storm). Worth the money IMO.

Toyota Canada actually only offers the SWB double cab in a 6 speed configuration (as of 2012 when I last researched it). I ended up going stateside to get mine in automatic. I think this has a huge impact on why the short wheelbase is so rare in Canada. Most people are looking for an automatic, so if they want a double cab its long bed or nothing.

When I got my 2015 there was one option for bed lengths UNLESS I went with the manual box. Can't quite understand why Toyota would not offer both bed lengths for the automatic...

Would have been nice to have the shorter wheelbase, but at the same time I think I would have regretted not getting the 6' bed.

Love the Nerf Bars, I am looking at picking up a similar set in the Matte Black.

This might be a good solution for me. I would really like a hard cap with some kind of convertible top for work and hand bombing into the bed but what I need doesn't seem to exist.

The Hummer angled cap idea would work nicely for me but I would have to make it myself.

I was thinking the flexibility of a folding tonneu cover but the space of a cap. I like having the tonneu cover but it doesn't allow for much storage do to height restrictions. However you can fold it up or take it off in a hurry so that's nice. Was thinking the bestop would be a happy middle.

Nice, did you use the plasti dip technique or remove them from the truck for paint?

Just used the plastidip method. have to admit using plastidip the first time is a bit unnerving, spray "painting" the side of your truck in no way seems logical.
