4 billies and wheelers 1.5" add a leaf (which doesn't require new ubolts). $392 plus shipping from wheelers. You don't need any additional hardware. The only difficult part of the install is compressing the springs to assemble the coilover. If you don't feel like doing that you can have a shop assemble the coilover or buy one already assembled with a new spring.

Good deal. I don't have access spring compressor. How difficult, or is it even possible, to assemble without one?

Yes you can do it without the spring compressors. Do a search here or on youtube. That's how I did it.

IMG_20150215_192546467.jpg this is a picture of my 15 year old threading the bottom bolts back on. He did a lot on his own and I supervised. You wanted a picture.

When I did my install, I put the spring perch in upside down on one side and it was impossible to install. I'd check that like the guys said.

As far as compressing the springs to assemble the coilover don't bother. Slide them together, attach them to the lower control arm and use a floor jack to push them into place. No risk of them blowing an arm off. It was my first time doing the install and I did no prob.

    :notsure:

I've only had it at 2 settings, so I can't say what every measurement is.. but at .85" setting I was sitting 1.5" higher, and at the 1.75" setting I was sitting at 1.75", finally.

I have the second heaviest truck configuration, but the lightest (or second lightest) drivetrain configuration, so not sure how it all plays into each other.

I definitely wouldn't contribute all that lift height to the weight because like you said you're a double cab. What's weirder is the height was not linear, or continuous. Only one setting messing up is a mind boggler.

Pretty much what I figured, I'd have more lift at each setting - especially since settings are general estimates, not guaranteed lift numbers. I put a 2" AAL on the rear and it looks like, to my eye (I haven't measured) that I could bump to 2.5" up front and be level, right now I have factory-ish rake, which I prefer.
