I just got a brand new 2015 DCSB TRD OR Tacoma and it came with "Paint Protection Decals" on the front bottom portion of the rear fenders (see picture). I asked and the dealer told me that I should leave these on to help protect the paint. I was just cleaning an putting protectant on today and I noticed that the protectant (Nu Finish) is tough to rub out of the edges of the decals. My question is... Should these decals be removed or stay.

The areas that are covered by clear vinyl are more prone to rock chips as they stick out farther and are behind the front tires, right in rock throwing trajectory. Leave them on unless you enjoy chipping.

Thanks. That is what I figured, but thought that I would ask.

I was just now wondering if there is a "Decal Sealer" that I could/should use. Also wondering about "sealing" the "TRD Off Road" decals.

you can just wax over them, or use some aerospace 303 protectant. I have not had them yellow or fade, but mine are all black around the edges and wont come clean, ill probable remove them soon, they look like crap

My 09 has them and it's kinda a pain when you wax the truck, but other than that leave them alone.
