Tacoma Recall Question

Hey TW!

Does anyone know if the the Tacoma is affected by the Takata airbag recall?

I searched my car on this link and didn't see anything but I still wanted to make sure. Thank you!

I have a 2013 Venza and a 2015 Tacoma. Neither of them are affected by the recall

 

This story is making big news right now. I'd imagine if our Tacomas are impacted by the airbag recall we'll all get letters from Toyota. Just make sure your local Toyota dealer has your name, address, and VIN on record properly and you'll likely be fine.

I questioned the same thing earlier today after seeing the update to the news on this recall.

 

Crazy the number of millions of vehicles that fall into this.If our Tacoma's are part of this we'll get letters from Toyota.

 

Figured just wanted to be proactive.
