What springs for Plate bumper

    Looking at getting either a DIY Relentless fab Bumper kit, or going with the ALL-PRO Bumper.
    with the extra weight i have 5100's maxed out, with a 3/8" spacer on top of that. I know id have to lower the shock settings if i get springs, But what are you guys running for springs and plate bumpers. does the extra weight Murder your gas mileage?!

    yes youll likely lose some MPG, I believe the OME 885 are what youre looking for

    OME 885s worked ok for awhile on my truck with a CBI front bumper and TJM winch. Overtime they started settling though and the front was pretty low. I have the 886 coils now and they have broken in nicely. I like where it is now.

    I'd go with the All-Pro bumper and use 885s (+110 lbs) or 886s (+220 lbs) if mounting a winch too.
