I test drove a TRD and thought the seats were pretty comfy. Didn't even occur to me that when I ordered the newer SR5 version the seats would be that different, but they are... For what ever reason the SR5 seats cause my lower back to hurt and after a few weeks of less drastic "fixes" I'm now done with them.

I found a set of used 2012 TRD seats, but they are quite far away from me. I'm hoping someone knows if I will be able to swap them over w/o having any issues with the airbag system before making the trip to pick them up. Thanks in advance!

I am going to bring this back up as I am looking into the same thing in regards from going to a TRD Off Road seat into a base model.
I need to know if I have to source my seats from another AC or can they also come from a DC?
