Hmmm someone who just makes the product or the fact that we've actually tested it......let's think here. The only reason he's telling you that you don't need it is for the fact if you just lift it and never go off-road it may work but as soon as you flex it'll rip the brake lines. So way to go don't believe someone just because they "made" the product

Ever heard of anyone ripping their brake lines? Mine have like 1.5" spare at full flex.

No I haven't because 99% of people are smart and upgrade so they don't have that problem

Surely someone somewhere has lifted their Tacoma without treating every word of Tacomaworld like the bible and then gone out and ripped their brake lines since it's so critical!

Who said I treated it like the bible? I'd rather be smart and spend the few extra dollars to upgrade then have them rip, leak brake fluid, pay for the tow and the cost to repair any damage

I'm not arguing against changing brake lines. Rubber hoses suck and expand with age. I'm arguing against the necessity of changing brake lines based on Dakar leaf pack (without the D29XL leaf) characteristics. If you're also doing a shackle flip then obviously the flex out of them is going to be more than stock lines can handle. If you aren't, in my experience in my driveway and in the woods, your brake lines are not a limiting factor.
