    hi all,

I've been experiencing what I assume is gear slipping in 1st gear - it usually occurs when I'm in a decelerating coast (under 15 mph) and go to hit the gas and I get an increase in rmps until the transmission shifts to 2nd gear (or I guess the torque converter could be locking in). It like going suddenly from neutral into the next gear. This is the second day it's happened - light turned yellow, went to accelerate and ended up just rolling through the intersection in slow motion.

It seems to occur when there's a slight decline, coasting (usually in parking lots, etc) and during/ after a right turn.

I scheduled an appt with the dealership next Thursday but would appreciate if yall had any advice for what to ask/ any insights into this issue.

I'm thinking it may be due to low transmission fluid, which I've read a couple of yall had an issue with out of the factory. Not exactly sure how the torque converter would play into it.

Bought the taco in December 2014, so she's not lifted (yet!) and has stock wheels (for now).

Appreciate any help yall can provide - thanks!
