The wheels are American racing ATX thugs
The tires are 285/75/18 my friend and I spent 6 hours by the tire machine, used the bead blaster, ratchet strap and nothing! Got one to seat by some godly miracle with the bead blaster but can't seem to get the other 4 done.

Does anybody make a nice set of 18X7.5" offroad rims. These ATX rims are old, discontinued and I may just sell them and pickup something else. But I can't seem to find anything narrower than 18X9. I already have the tires and I need 18's to clear the BDS lift so a smaller rim is out of the question.

Well guys, we ended up having to use the starting fluid trick. I watched numerous vids on how to do it and tire shops actually use this method for stubborn tires so rather than paying a shop to do 5 tires I did it at the shop I'm at with a friend. We had the air hooked up and ready. I sprayed a uniform amount around the bead with the rim resting on a few 2X4's and had a MAPP gas torch on standby. Gave it 5 seconds to give the mix enough oxygen and lit it with the torch. It worked great! was a lot of fun too.
I also pulled all my TPMS sensors since they're useless for an expedition truck where you air down and up a lot. Besides, my spare doesn't get one. I used steel BB's to ballance as the balance machine we have at the shop was having a hard time with these tires and throwing errors. I used 10.1 lb/oz per tire.
