Sorry about the long delays. There has been a lot going on in my little world. We launched our CrewMax under seat storage back in March. We came out with an in dash mount for the Prodigy P3 and P2 brake controllers for 2014-2015 Tundra since Toyota killed it until the 16 came out. We have developed a plastic version of the under seat for the CrewMax as well that will be out later this month. In the mean time, I was promoted to Service Manager at the dealership I have been at for the last 20 years, so I haven't had a lot of free time on my hands for new products. That being said, We are going to start on this project in the next couple of days. I am taking measurements and will be going to my designer to try and get this going. We will be getting a booth at SEMA this year to showcase our products and I want to have this ready to go by then. I know this has been dead for a bit but I wanted to let you Tacoma folks know that I haven't forgot you.

yes! i can't put my shotgun in the back locked up. i would like something long enough for a standard shotgun length, deep enough for at least 2 guns, and a couple separate compartments for the ammo...

I hate the stock underseat storage. Nowhere near enough room IMO

I agree, not near enough storage in the back. I removed my rear bins and that opened up a lot of space. My only question is why does the tundra solution have 3 square compartments rather than one long one, or a 60/40 to match the seat? I'm just thinking about bigger items

Probably cause they may think it's for smaller items you don't constantly need up front (like a med kit) and assume bigger items will be put in the bed
    :notsure:

It would be cool if they had a big one with adjustable/removable walls

Yeah not dissing the design at all I just see a lot of empty space that could be used. I would love a full open box. Removable walls would be awesome

on the Tundra, Toyota in their wisdom, put risers on the floor to set the rear seat higher. These risers go from front to back so they are in the way. This is why we had to use 3 separate bins.

I see, that's a bummer. I take it the Tacoma doesn't have those risers considering the low seating and headroom?
