What % of totally different parts are needed to convince the doubters that this should be a 3rd gen TACOMA.
    I've had 2 1st gens. and am on my 3rd 2nd gen.
The 2nd gen. got it right and is a perfect fit in Toyota's Truck line up.
The new engine and trans. along with a restyled interior along with some bed/tailgate and other changes/improvements make it
    a 3rd gen. to me.
I bought a 2015 because the SnugTop shell I want will not be available for a few years if past history stays true or I would have waited for the 2016.

Haha that's my signature style. I'll work on that. I am just lazy and have to use secondary keyboard on IPad to do it the correct way.

Not very classy to start a thread like this and then just disappear. If Toyota will not allow pics then just say so but throw us a bone. Sheesh

You do realize that it is a holiday weekend and that TAP is probably either closed for a 4 or 5 day weekend or open and busy as hell with holiday sales right ? Why are half the people on this forum so quick to de jerks ?

Alright, fair enough. Patience is the virtue I struggle with the most. Also, have boring family over for the weekend and are compulsively easing this forum

Easy, flow; the "sheesh" was sarcastic, but hey, at least I'm on-topic, right?

I had a mental calendar set for 5-20 for this thread. I thought we'd finally have some concrete info. I'll try to be more patient.

TAP was removed from the site as vendors, and banned, as there was too many issues with customer service, and lying to members.

Wow I heard they had issues with customer services but didn't think it was enough to be banned. Good to see TW watching out for their members

We understand that mistakes happen, and such, and members can get upset at vendors, but the icing on the TAP cake was blatant lying to members. We try to do our best to make sure the members are taken care of. :)
