Yup. They seem to be american made copies of total chaos products. Their are quite a few people using them and ive yet to hear any problems. I can understand why people are putting these down because its an unknown product from an unknown source.

I don't quite understand the reason people are bashing these. There's nothing about an upper control arm that justifies an $800 price tag IMO. Yes it is untested by the general TW community, yes it is a critical suspension component, yes your safety relies on it, but there is no reason to say it's unsafe and you shouldn't buy it just because it's cheaper.

Curious to see a review on these guy. Also would be nice to get more information from and about the manufacturer as opposed to the simple eBay ad.

I've compared UCA's from an ebay company next to a name brand one, granted it was for my other car and not the Tacoma. It was the same exact thing. Difference was in the ball joint. The ebay one was very cheap and ripped within a few miles of driving. Replaced them with the name brand ball joints and haven't had a problem since. Still ended up saving a huge chunk of change.

Some of this Some of that
Well if they really are made in america thats awesome, but i don't believe everything an ebay seller tells me, and the VERY common situation is that its made in china and imported to CA.. Im not saying the $250 price tag is bad, I'm just saying the competitors lowest priced UCAs are like allrpo at $500, twice the cost.. So its weird that they are so cheap… Someone should get these and check em out

I put them on my 15. They are beefy and are the same as the ones from TC without the $$$$. I was impressed by the design.

Just buy some used ucas and rebuild them if your on a budget. Although I'd be interested in seeing someone build up a cheap truck with all eBay parts and seeing how that goes.

I'm glad we were able to help get him the correct adapters and new bushings to go in the eBay arms... and everyone should take his advice and just call us first! ;) lol
While not everything on eBay is made in China, you simply cannot source quality components for a set of arms for that price. Our arms are 100% made in the USA.

I know this is an old post but if anyone reads this here is my experience I am a heavy truck mechanic by trade for 20+ years so I've done a few suspension jobs.... I bought the eBay Cheapo upper control arms and they were fine for about 6 months of daily commuting and weekend off roading and out of the blue started to get a the streets popping sound when turning at high speeds the uni ball joint has a cloth type bushing inside which started to come out causing play internally definitely not a comfortable feeling driving to work removed and saving for a name brand upper control arms they might be ok for just streets but I think the hard off roading killed them

or just change the uniball. the arms themselves are fine. quality stainless uniballs arent that expensive.

they are standard sizes like any other bearing. just get the part number off of them and order brand name ones. could order them from another uca brand like total choas but theyl charge more.
