Just got it so nothing but tires. First on list is suspension lift.
I just got my 2nd Gen. Taco and I have got to do some upgrades of course. Tryin' to toughen it up a bit, but saving the hardcore offroad build for my next Taco, which will be 1st Gen. or early 2nd.
It's a "limitied" 4x4. I was told that it came with the "sport" suspension, but that's fine cuz I do a lot of hwy driving traveling from Cedar City, Utah to Dove Creek, CO (Four Corners area) 2-3 times / month. It's my DD, but I do go on some trail stuff too.
I just put new shoes (tires) on it and they rub just a bit on sharp turns, so I gotta do a mild lift on it. It came with P265/60/18 and there's no way a car tire should be on a truck! I switched 'em out for Cooper Discoverer AT3s 265/70/18s. Thought about going with the STTs but $$ and size availability.
I've read quite a few forum posts doing research on suspension lifts. I don't really want to do the UCAs right now, so is there a good for now option for me? I've read from a few people about going with Icon AALs, but what about the front? I haven't found a good listing (thus far) for front spacer adjuster that won't give result in crappy/wandering handling. Any info is appreciated.

    Thanks

Maybe Bilsteins 5100's up front, these are an adjustable llift hight shock that tons of people run. Tow or haul much? Just a set of Add A Leafs should be fine.
